Responsibilities

• Complete professional dog grooms from start to finish
• Perform bathing, brushing, haircuts, breed-specific styling, nail trimming and finishing services
• Consult with pet parents about grooming preferences and coat care
• Deliver consistent, high-quality grooming results
• Prioritize the safety, health and comfort of every pet
• Practice gentle and professional animal handling
• Maintain a clean and organized grooming station
• Build lasting relationships with pet parents and repeat clients
• Follow all Woof Gang safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional dog-grooming experience
• Ability to independently complete dogs from start to finish
• Experience grooming different breeds, sizes and coat types
• Strong clipping, scissoring, finishing and animal-handling skills
• Dependable, professional and able to manage a productive schedule
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
• Genuine passion for animals and grooming artistry
