Product Designer II

Owning design execution for the Agent Experience, the full-time remote Product Designer II will transform workflows for agents, wholesalers, and back-office teams into fast, clear, and credible experiences while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end design for assigned initiatives, from problem framing and research to prototyping and implementation Conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing findings to inform design decisions Create user flows, diagrams, Figma designs, and coded prototypes that effectively communicate direction to stakeholders and partners Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of product design experience, preferably with complex or regulated products Portfolio showcasing systems thinking and attention to interaction and visual detail Proficiency in Figma and experience working in a code-based environment Demonstrated use of AI in design practice and comfort collaborating in shared code repositories
