In-Home Caregiver Needed for Stroke Recovery — Bend, OR 97703 Seeking an experienced, compassionate CNA to provide daily in-home care for my 85-year-old mother, who is recovering from a major stroke. Comfortable, well-maintained home with gorgeous forested and mountain views. Schedule: 8–10 hours/day (days/week negotiable) Pay: $25/hour About my mom: Verbal and able to communicate her needs Some impairment in executive function/judgment Ambulatory with a walker (no wheelchair needed) Small, slender build — minimal physical assistance required for transfers Care needed: Assistance with feeding Help with showering/bathing Toileting assistance Dressing/undressing Medication reminders (no administration of injections) General supervision and safety monitoring Requirements: Active CNA certification CPR certification required Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, stroke recovery a plus Valid driver's license a plus (occasional errands/appointments) Clean background check (will be conducted) 2–3 verifiable personal/professional references Reliable, punctual, patient, and kind demeanor Must be comfortable working independently in a private home Location: Bend, OR (97703) To apply, please include: Your resume and certifications Your availability A brief description of your experience caring for stroke patients (e.g., mobility support, cognitive/executive function changes, ADLs) Please visit to view full details and to apply.
