Bartender

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Location Fredericksburg, VA, 22407 Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner. Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks and specials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed. Follow all safety and sanitation policies. Collaborate with other staff to ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred. Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Must be at least 21 years old. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Responsible Alcohol Service certification is a plus.
