Licensed Master HVAC Project Manager

Full-Time | Virginia | 4-Day Workweek | Competitive Pay Based on Experience

Our company is under new ownership , and we are growing our HVAC operations. We are looking for an experienced Virginia Master HVAC Tradesman to join our team and play an important role in building the future of our HVAC department.

We’re looking for someone who can do it all — price the job, manage the project, install equipment, troubleshoot systems, and handle service work.

What You’ll Do

· Estimate and price HVAC jobs

· Perform job-site visits and develop proposals

· Manage HVAC projects from start to finish

· Oversee new installations and replacements

· Handle HVAC service and troubleshooting

· Work with technicians, installers, customers, and contractors

· Manage materials, scheduling, permits, inspections, and change orders

· Help ensure jobs are completed properly, on time, and profitably

· Help grow and develop our HVAC department

What We Need

· Current Virginia Master HVAC Tradesman License — REQUIRED

· Strong HVAC installation and service experience

· Experience estimating and pricing HVAC work

· Project management experience

· Knowledge of HVAC codes and permitting

· Ability to read plans and scopes of work

· Strong communication and leadership skills

· Willingness to be hands-on when needed
