Automation Technician
INTELLECTT INC
Key Responsibilities:
Automation Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve issues with molding automation systems, including robots, conveyors, sensors, and vision systems.
- Respond to equipment alarms and faults to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve recurring problems.
Robot Programming and Optimization
- Program and optimize injection molding robots, including Sepro, FANUC, Yushin, and Wittmann.
- Adjust robot paths and sequences for part handling, degating, and packaging.
- Maintain robot program backups, settings, and technical documentation.
