Or Master's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or equivalent educ/experience. Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need. Or equivalent educ/experience. Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License.
