Role Description The Clinical Trial Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of clinical studies. This role manages day-to-day trial activities, including site selection and initiation, trial monitoring, vendor and CRO oversight, and adherence to study timelines and budgets. The Clinical Trial Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, prepares and reviews study documentation, ensures compliance with protocols, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements, and supports audit and inspection readiness. The role also includes tracking enrollment and data quality metrics, resolving site issues, and contributing to process improvements and best practices in clinical operations. Qualifications Demonstrated experience managing clinical trials from start-up through close-out, including site and vendor oversight. Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA and international regulatory requirements, and clinical trial methodologies. Proficiency in clinical trial management systems (CTMS), electronic data capture (EDC), and common productivity tools. Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent studies. Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with investigators, study coordinators, and internal stakeholders. Ability to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area and participate in occasional travel to study sites or meetings. Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, public health, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in clinical research is a plus. Prior experience in precision medicine, oncology, or complex interventional trials is highly beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
