Breakfast AttendantBroadwell Hospitality Group in Oswego, NY is seeking a dependable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This position is essential in creating a welcoming and enjoyable breakfast experience for our guests by ensuring the breakfast area is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked throughout service.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and set up the breakfast area each morning, ensuring all food and beverage items are fresh, attractively presented, and replenished as needed.Continuously monitor and restock supplies such as utensils, pastries, cereals, coffee, tea, and condiments to maintain optimal levels.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining and kitchen areas, including tables, counters, equipment, and floors.Provide courteous, prompt, and attentive service to guests, responding courteously to inquiries and special requests.Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation standards to promote a safe and hygienic dining environment.Record food par levels for inventory and ordering purposes and assist in closing down the breakfast service area at the end of each shift.Wear the proper uniform and name tag consistently, follow all company policies and procedures, and participate in departmental meetings as required.Stay informed about emergency procedures and respond appropriately, ensuring the safety of guests and team members at all times.Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support smooth and efficient breakfast operations.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred; a combination of on-the-job training and experience may substitute for formal education.Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and coworkers.Ability to lift items weighing up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage of $16.00, paid on a weekly basis.A supportive and friendly work environment that fosters professional growth.Valuable hands-on experience within a respected hospitality company.About the CompanyBroadwell Hospitality Group, located in Oswego, NY, is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through the dedication and professionalism of our team members.
