Product Specialist

Joe Cecconi's Chrysler Complex Product Presenters excel at selling products and services, working closely with other members of the sales team.

To succeed as a Product Presenter, the right candidate must be willing to accumulate the proper knowledge and expertise through learning and self-development. Once the Product Presenter has mastered all of the product knowledge and sales processes, their job will be to create and add value to the Joe Cecconi shopping experience.

As a trusted member of the sales team, Joe Cecconi's Product Presenters must develop a strong rapport with the customer, not only in-person, but via phone and email as well, and provide all information necessary for the customer to feel comfortable making a vehicle purchase.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• ·Working directly with an experienced sales representative to answer customer questions in-person, by phone and by email.
• ·Teaching customers about the technology included in their new vehicle. This could include:
• oPairing their cell-phone with their Bluetooth
• oTraining customer on touchscreen and navigation systems
• oSetting up free trial of satellite radio
• oMuch more
• ·Making sure vehicles are clean and have gas before a test drive
• ·Assisting Sales staff and management as seen fit

Basic Qualifications

• ·Ability to successfully work as part of a team
• ·Ability to learn and master the Joe Cecconi's Sales processes, and a willingness to continue to follow said processes after training has been completed
• ·Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights and weekends
