Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA license or eligibility to obtain in the state
• Experience providing speech and language support in a school environment is preferred
• Knowledge of therapy practices for a range of student ages and abilities, K-12
• Commitment to collaboration and communication within the educational team
• Ability to deliver both direct and indirect services as part of IEP implementation
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting certified SLPs in conducting therapy sessions and assessments
• Working directly with students to address communication challenges, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Documenting student progress and communicating updates to supervising therapists and teaching staff
• Collaborating with fellow professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
• Delivering services strictly within your contracted school hours, leaving non-clinical responsibilities behind
