Customer Service Representative Job Summary: Polyplex is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! BCBS of Alabama for medical, Guardian- Dental; EyeMed- Vision Life insurance, STD, LDT, and identity theft are covered at 100% 401k match program: The company matches 3.5% on an employee's contribution of 6% 80 hours of accrued Vacation 24 hours of accrued Emergency Leave 10 paid Holidays Requirements: High school or GED Bachelor's degree is preferred 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred Duties & Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment & Costing (arrange logistics and monitor carrier costing, warehouse costing, inventory reconciliation, consignment account reporting, verification of delivery, aging inventory, invoicing, PO’s) Customer Relations (email communication to customers, monthly closing, order tracking, customer status reports, cross training) Customs & Compliance Above Average knowledge: excel, work & Outlook Well spoken Aptitude for problem solving Multitasking Qualifications Experience Preferred 1 year: 1 year of industry experience preferred Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor. #J-18808-Ljbffr Polyplex Corporation Limited
