Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Orono, ME

This contract opportunity is for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide support and behavior intervention services within a school setting located in Orono, ME. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help students develop essential skills and improve behavioral outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one behavioral therapy and support to students with autism or other developmental disabilities
Collect and document data on student progress and behavior
Follow protocols and implement behavior intervention plans accurately
Collaborate with clinical supervisors, teachers, and support staff to ensure consistency across environments
Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Reliable, motivated, and committed to student success

Location: On-site in Orono, Maine
