SequelCare of Arizona Outpatient Clinic PositionA Little About Our Program… SequelCare of Arizona provides office and community-based therapeutic services for adults and adolescents, located all around the state of Arizona. We have therapeutic foster care homes and adolescent/adult group homes, providing a continuum of care as needed.At SequelCare of Arizona, our goal is that every client and family we serve achieves their optimal potential. We are committed to providing high-quality psychiatric/therapeutic office and residential-based treatment with support services in a safe environment to assist our clients in addressing, managing and overcoming serious emotional, psychological and behavioral problems.The Job We are seeking talented individual to help drive the success of our outpatient clinic. This position will operate out of the Prescott Office. Under direction of the Executive Director, is responsible for work of above average difficulty in assisting in supervising and coordinating clinical services and treating families and clients.Snapshot of Daily DutiesResponsible for making clinical decisions on day-to-day activities.Coordinates and schedules clinical services with the Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Residential Program Managers, Therapists, Case Managers and SCAZ direct supervision staff.Coaches Clinicians for timeliness, direction, and appropriateness of clinical services.Participates in weekly individual and group supervision of the Therapists and oversees the direction of clinical supervision by the Therapists to Case managers and residential program staff.Responsible for participating in program development, evaluating program efficiency and administration of programs within the Outpatient Clinics.Recommends staff development and training needs.Participates in risk management and crisis prevention.Responsible for coverage within the group homes and outpatient clinics when staff are on paid time off.Responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments with clients.The Must HavesA minimum of a Master's Degree in the behavioral health sciences or related fieldsA minimum of five years experience working with families, children, adolescents and/or adults who have a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges.Certified or licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a psychologist, social worker, substance abuse counselor, professional counselor or marriage and family therapist.Must be at least 21 years of age.Ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card, or in current possession.Valid Arizona Driver's License.Must pass a TB test and medical exam capable of performing the essential functions of this job.The PerksDailyPay – access your money when you need it as soon as 48 hours after you start!Access to wellness tools and corporate discountsExcellent paid time off plans for balance of work/lifeInternal growth opportunities with training and developmentCompetitive Health & Supplemental BenefitsImpact somebody's life and make a differenceSequel Youth & Family Services is an Equal Opportunity and Veteran Friendly employer.
