Sapphire will provide the training and resources to keep our Nursing Assistants (NA) engaged and maintain top quality skills.Responsibilities:Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and servicesChart all appropriate documentationMaintain patient confidentialityAs a Nursing Assistant (NA) you will work with nurse supervisor to monitor any changes in conditionCommunicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their familiesAdheres to the policies and procedures of the facilityOther duties as assignedRequirements:Must be 18 years of age.Proof of Nursing Assistant program completion certificate.
