Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience required
• New graduates are not accepted
• Point of service documentation experience with NetHealth on iPad required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Flex schedule available and required when needed
• 88% productivity expectation
• COVID vaccine not required; signed risk acknowledgment form required if not vaccinated
• Occasional float to another facility may be required
