Associate Dentist – “Super GP” Opportunity
Location: Atlanta, GA (Midtown)
Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Thursday)
Earning Potential: $400,000+ per year
Pay Structure: 35% of Collections (Zero Lab Fees) + Base Guarantee

Are you a skilled GP who loves keeping complex cases in-house? Step into a high-producing, modern practice in upscale Midtown Atlanta where you can practice full-scope dentistry without corporate interference or weekend hours.
You will be taking over an already active, full schedule from a departing doctor, making you busy from Day 1 with zero ramp-up time needed.

- Top-Tier Pay: 35% of collections with no lab fee deductions + initial base guarantee.
- Immediate Schedule: Inherit an established, high-volume patient base with proven high production potential ($100k+/month scope).
- Advanced Technology: Fully equipped with CBCT, iTero 5D, and implant systems.
- Work-Life Balance: Monday through Thursday schedule with flexible daily hours.
- Long-Term Growth: Clear pathways to Partnership/Equity or a Clinical Director role within a respected, local physician-owned group.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a “Super GP” who is confident handling advanced procedures in-office rather than referring them out.
- Clinical Focus: Proficiency or strong interest in molar endo, surgical extractions, implant placement, and cosmetic cases.
- Experience: Proven history of strong monthly production and exceptional communication skills.
- Licensure: Active Georgia Dental License (or ability to obtain).
