Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative in the Rental Division to manage and grow customer accounts. The role involves driving a truck along a pre‑established route and providing service and sales to a core customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor position that includes delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service supplies. A comprehensive 10‑week training program is provided with a starting hourly rate of $25.94 per hour until a route is assigned. After assignment, a solid base salary plus commission potential is offered. The typical schedule is a 4‑day workweek, with no evenings or weekends, and monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives may be earned. Requisition Number: 229725 Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills & Qualifications Active driver’s license. Minimum 21 years of age. DOT medical certification. Documentation of previous employment as required. Physical ability to meet the requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED, or Military Service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and teamwork ability to meet goals.
