Non-Clinical - Patient Greeter

Receptionist

Required medical clinic experience. Strongly preferred cardiovascular background. Able to handle high call volume. Flexibility for cross-training is a must. Will work at the medical office front desk. Responsibilities include scheduling, referrals, authorizations, and insurance verifications. A qualified candidate needs to have at least one year of outpatient healthcare clinic experience. Experience in urgent cares, internal medicine, or family care is preferred. Other experiences, such as skilled nursing facilities, corrections, behavioral health, long-term care, occupational health, dialysis, home health, rehab, health insurance, and remote work, do not qualify. Must be able to verify the highest level of education by providing a diploma, official transcripts, or GED. Must be able to verify all past employment through a third-party system.
