Sales Deal Finalizer

This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys ensuring accuracy, maintaining financial integrity, and supporting a seamless customer sales experience from contract completion through final processing.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Finalization & Sales Administration

• Review completed sales deals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Verify that all required documents, signatures, disclosures, and supporting paperwork have been obtained before finalizing deals.
• Ensure vehicle sales transactions are processed accurately and submitted within established timelines.
• Audit deal jackets to identify and resolve missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
• Communicate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Management teams to obtain corrections and required documentation.
• Track deal status and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion and funding.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records of finalized deals.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
• Assist with reporting and reconciliation related to sales transactions as needed.

Accounting Support

• Prepare and post daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Cut and distribute checks as required for vendors, customers, refunds, and other approved payments.
• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable administrative tasks.

Customer & Internal Support

• Provide exceptional internal customer service to Sales, Finance, Operations, and Accounting teams.
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding deal status, documentation, and accounting transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information at all times.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales completion process.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in A/R and A/P
• 2+ years of dealership accounting experience (automotive or Powersports)
• Familiarity with dealership software (EVO or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with data entry, document management, and clerical systems
• Willing to work extra hours mid-month and at month-end as needed
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work station
