You bring deep expertise across procurement processes and platforms, combined with the ability to lead complex programs, shape executive strategy, and grow client relationships.You are accountable not only for delivery excellence, but also for client value realization, strategic direction, and practice growth, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.The Work: Strategic Leadership & Client AdvisoryServe as a trusted advisor to client executives, shaping S2P strategy, operating models, and transformation roadmapsLead executive steering committees, providing clear direction on priorities, risks, and value realizationDefine and drive end-to-end transformation strategies, aligning business objectives with S2P technology capabilitiesInfluence key client decisions across process, technology, and organizational designProgram & Delivery AccountabilityOwn end-to-end delivery accountability across large, complex S2P technology programs (multi-country, multi-phase)Lead governance structures including steering committees, executive reporting, and escalation managementEnsure delivery excellence across design, build, deployment, and hypercare phasesManage program risks, dependencies, and financials, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and on budgetProvide oversight across functional and technical workstreams (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Integrations, Change, Data, Enablement)Solution & Transformation LeadershipDrive innovative S2P solution design, leveraging leading procurement platforms and digital capabilitiesLead end-to-end process transformation, including procurement operating model redesign and optimizationEnsure alignment of technology, process, and organizational change to deliver measurable business outcomesDefine and track value realization and business benefitsPeople Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and develop high-performing global teams, including cross-functional and distributed delivery teamsProvide coaching, mentorship, and performance leadership for Managers and ConsultantsBuild a strong team culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellenceDefine team structures and staffing strategies aligned to program and practice prioritiesPractice Development & GrowthLead and contribute to practice growth initiatives across Sourcing & Procurement technologySupport sales, solutioning, and deal shaping activities, including client presentations and proposalsIdentify and drive new opportunities within existing accountsDevelop and promote thought leadership, assets, and accelerators to differentiate offeringsChange & Stakeholder LeadershipSponsor and oversee enterprise-wide change strategies, ensuring adoption and value captureEngage senior business and IT stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-makingNavigate and resolve complex transformation challenges, including organizational resistance and adoption risksTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here's what you need:Minimum of 8 years experience in Sourcing & Procurement, with strong emphasis on transformation programsMinimum of 5 years of experience with leading S2P platforms (procurement, sourcing, supplier management solutions)Experience and proven track record of leading complex, multi-country transformation programsExperience engaging with and influencing senior client stakeholders (Director, VP, C-suite)Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
