Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs to develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and function
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with facility standards
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Montana (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
- BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (Doctorate or Master's)
Education
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in developing and modifying treatment plans based on patient progress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for patient and team interactions
- Knowledge of rehabilitation therapy principles and evidence-based practice
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
