• Active Utah RN License

• Minimum 2 years Recent Chronic Dialysis Experience Preferred

• Strong patient assessment and care coordination skills
• Holiday Coverage Required
Responsibilities:
• Provide and supervise dialysis treatments
• Monitor patients and dialysis equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients on dialysis, medications, diet, and fluid management
• Respond to and manage dialysis-related emergencies
