Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) Located in the area, this position involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients in the ICU according to established standards and nursing processes. It includes supervising and directing nursing staff, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and ensuring patient safety and well-being. Job Details Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Acute care facility experience preferred. Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required; AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required; AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification required. Schedule: Rotating Shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week. Essential Functions: Collects relevant data related to patient health, analyzes assessment data for diagnosis and care issues, develops and implements care plans, and evaluates progress towards outcomes. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide safe, healing, and humane care, including discharge planning and delegating duties appropriately. Additional Information: The position involves providing health information directly to patients and families and participating in multidisciplinary care planning. All associates must receive required vaccinations as a condition of employment.
