Product Specialist

We're looking for an Associate Development Coordinator to support footwear development projects for a leading global footwear and apparel company. If you have 1+ years of experience in product development, footwear development, or product creation support, this is an excellent opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to bringing innovative products to market. What You’ll Do Support footwear development projects from tech pack creation through final confirmation Coordinate product data, development timelines, and project documentation Assist with building and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) in Flex PLM Collaborate with development, design, production, and cross‑functional teams Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of assignments Help support product creation initiatives while maintaining quality and margin objectives What You Bring 1+ years of experience in footwear development, product development, or a related field Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer systems Knowledge of footwear construction and development processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Passion for product creation and an interest in action sports, lifestyle, or consumer products Ability to work independently, follow through on tasks, and meet deadlines If you have an interest in the Onsite – Associate Development Coordinator, please apply now!
