Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Lafayette, Colorado.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 10/12/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Days, 3x12hrs\n Hours: 36 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Oct 12, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 1\n Description\n American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring a CO or compact RN license and ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.Details\n \n Work in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting\n 3x12-hour Day shifts, 0700-1930\n Weekend requirement: 7 shifts required in an 8 week period\n May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on business need\n May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift\n Uses Epic for charting\n Requirements\n \n Active RN license (CO or Compact) required, no pending licenses accepted\n Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (AHA certifications must not expire prior to start)\n Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required\n ASN required, BSN preferred\n Epic charting experience required\n DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration\n Additional Information\n \n Performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards\n Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care\n Performs health teaching, counseling, and treatment monitoring\n Documents care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines\n Permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment\n RTO must be submitted with candidate profile\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-758958.
