You will lead customer projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. Acting as the primary liaison between customers and technical teams, you will gather requirements, manage project documentation, communicate project status, and drive customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires strong communication, business analysis, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, along with a passion for helping customers achieve their objectives and adopt technology solutions effectively.Required:Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success.Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.Experience with SaaS implementations or customer onboarding projects.Demonstrated experience with software or system configuration.Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.Proven conflict resolution and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to learn new technologies quickly through both formal instruction and self-directed learning.Experience training and supporting adult learners.Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%).Preferred:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.3+ years of project management experience.AutoCAD experienceSALARY RANGE: $60,000 - $80,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
