Sr Aero Capital Financial Analyst What You Will Be Doing Aero Capital Business Operations is seeking an experienced and skilled financial analyst to join our team. Your responsibilities include driving visibility into capital investment performance and supporting strategic decision‑making across the organization. You will partner closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment, accuracy, and consistency in capital planning and reporting processes. Key Responsibilities Financial oversight and reporting within the Capital portfolios Capital metrics & trend analysis Financial reporting – Corporate & FP&A Deliverables (LRP vs. Outlook, COO, etc.) Capital Long Range Planning (LRP) cycle Key investments process oversight and alignment APEX Lead – identify & lead implementation of improvement projects Special projects as they arise What’s In It For You From onsite to remote, we offer flexible work schedules, comprehensive benefits, and investment in your future and security. Who You Are You are a detail‑oriented and analytical finance professional with experience in capital planning, financial analysis, or FP&A support within a complex business environment. You have a strong ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide insights that support strategic investment and capital allocation decisions. You work effectively across finance, operations, and leadership teams, and you are proactive in identifying process improvements and driving efficiency through analysis, reporting enhancements, and special project work. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college 5+ years in a business operations role – demonstrated business acumen and proactive analytic skills with financial modeling and business case generation/analysis driving communication and decision‑making Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Experience with Microsoft Office applications Desired Skills Diversified business operations background with a desire to learn and grow Program and/or project management experience Comfortable leading change with agility 1LMX mindset Experience with capital and/or discretionary resources Compensation & Benefits Annual base salary ranges from $84,900 to $147,085 in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York.
