The Lead Hood Cleaning Tech will oversee and execute comprehensive hood cleaning operations primarily within restaurants and industrial kitchens. This role involves leading a small team of 1-3 members, ensuring strict safety compliance, maintaining equipment, and delivering high-quality service to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a crew of 1-2 members during cleaning operations
- Perform thorough hood cleaning in restaurants and industrial kitchens
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspection of cleaning equipment
- Monitor and assure the quality of cleaning services
- Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in hood cleaning
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of hood cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Proven team leadership skills
- Customer service orientation
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
- Experience with equipment maintenance
