Engineering Manager, Oil & Gas Systems - Lead NPI
Caterpillar
Caterpillar is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Oil & Gas Systems Engineering team. You will define and develop system-level solutions, collaborate across divisions, and lead NPI/NTI programs to meet market and customer requirements. The role emphasizes leadership of engineers, coordination of goals, and delivering on budget and schedule. Travel up to 15%, relocation to Houston available, sponsorship not offered.
