- Assists in recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- Creates and maintains employee schedules to ensure proper staffing
- Assists in ensuring that employees are upholding company policies and procedures
- Manages and monitors office for performance and productivity
- Resolves customer service issues
- Assists the Tax School Instructor (open to the public as well as employees)
- Complies with daily accounting procedures
- Communicates effectively with staff to ensure they are well-informed regarding products and
promotions - Supports and encourages staff to carry out the company mission as well as meet company and
personal goals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Tax preparation experience preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Computer/Technology experience
- PTIN certification (can be obtained after the hire date)
- Environment focused on teamwork
- Year-around position

- Free continuing education
