Lead Maintenance TechnicianAllentown, PA | Full-Time W2 | $ 35/hr + BonusJoin a team that takes pride in quality housingAt Prospect Property Management & Maintenance, we maintain and improve residential properties across the Greater Lehigh Valley area.We're looking for a hands-on maintenance leader who is comfortable wearing multiple hats: leading a small crew, troubleshooting property issues, and jumping in to get the work done.This is not a desk manager role.This is ideal for someone who enjoys facilities/property maintenance, leading by example, problem solving, and keeping operations running smoothly.What you'll be responsible for:You'll oversee a small 2-person maintenance team while remaining heavily involved in day-to-day field operations.Responsibilities include:• Leading, training, and coordinating maintenance technicians and vendors• Managing work orders, turnovers, inspections, and preventive maintenance• Performing hands-on maintenance work across residential properties including:— Plumbing repairs— Electrical troubleshooting & minor repairs— HVAC maintenance/troubleshooting— Drywall, painting, carpentry, doors/windows— General property upkeep & repairs• Conducting move-out / turnover inspections and ensuring units are rent-ready• Managing materials, supplies, tools, and maintenance documentation• Updating work orders and maintenance activity in AppFolio (or similar systems)• Communicating professionally with residents, vendors, and internal team members
