As we continue to expand, we are seeking HVAC Installers to join our dedicated team.As an HVAC Install Technician, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. You'll have the chance to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. We value good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.In addition to a competitive wage there are excellent benefits including:100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental, and vision for the employeeEmployee family medical plans available401k & Roth 401k plans with up to a 4% company match100% paid long-term disability insurancePaid life insurance plan2 floating holidays6 paid holidaysVacation payPaid weeklyResponsibilities Include:Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and thermostatsPerform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systemsTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC system malfunctionsEnsure HVAC systems are running correctly by conducting operational checks, testing system components, and confirming performance meets manufacturer specificationsEnsure installations meet safety codes and regulationsCommunicate effectively with clients, ensuring understanding of system operation and any necessary maintenanceIdentify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenanceConsistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly performance goalsMaintain accurate records of work performed and hours workedRequirements2+ years of HVAC install experienceValid EPA certification requiredStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installationsStrong knowledge of electrical wiring and plumbing connections for HVAC systemsAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsExcellent customer service skillsValid driver's licenseMust meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
