Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team for the upcoming school year. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate school commitments, and weekend and gameday availability is a plus. Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system promptly. Food Running: Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner. Table Maintenance: Pre-bus and clean tables as guests leave, maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods. Upselling: Suggest additional menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Qualifications: Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members. Multitasking Skills: Manage multiple tables and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive Attitude: Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor at all times.
