Job Title Physical Therapist Location Elk Grove, California Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Manage an average caseload of 14-16 patients per day
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to manage a high-volume outpatient caseload effectively
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Strong documentation and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Opportunity to work a consistent, predictable Monday-Friday daytime schedule in a structured outpatient environment
