NP/PA Urology opening in Elizabeth City, NCLocated in Elizabeth City, NC - Norfolk 45mFull-time; PermanentEmployedSeeking NP or PA Overview: Seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient urology Lead a newly established outpatient urology clinic Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM No call, no nights or weekends Diagnose and manage urologic conditions (BPH, kidney stones, UTIs, incontinence, ED, pelvic health) Coordinate surgical care with visiting urologists Provide post-operative follow-up locally Structured onboarding and urology training program Direct access to board-certified urologist for support and mentorship Opportunity to develop procedural skills (e.g., cystoscopy) Build referral relationships with primary care and specialists High level of autonomy with strong collaborative backing
