The RoleSupport Analysts are critical to empowering some of the world’s most sophisticated investors by helping them navigate and maximize the capabilities of Addepar's Trading, Order Management System (OMS), and Investment Book of Record (IBOR) products. They serve as the first point of contact for addressing client questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal use of the platform in daily operations.Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who delivers thoughtful solutions and exceptional client experiences. They excel in coordinating and collaborating with internal teams, possess strong technical and financial acumen, and thrive on building relationships through direct client interactions.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.What You’ll DoIdentify, respond to, and resolve issues and questions raised by Addepar’s clientsProvide hands-on support to our clients to ensure their ongoing happinessWork in complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepanciesEvaluate the criticality of client issues and collaborate with various parts of the organization to resolveWork closely and conduct root-cause analysis with Engineering and Data teams to resolve issuesWork effectively with Product and Account Manager teams to manage and maintain a high level of client satisfactionHelp clients use Addepar to the greatest extent through both functional and conceptual instructionPrioritize and context-switch effectively to execute on simultaneous cases, seeing each through to the finish lineBecome an expert on all things AddeparWho You AreFamiliarity with trading workflows, portfolio management, or financial instrumentsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experienceSuperior communication, organizational, and time-management skillsProficiency in math and strong analytical skillsPassion for problem-solving and continuous learningInterest in leveraging technology to solve complex financial challenges4+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing roleAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with changing priorities[Plus] Previous experience in investment management or with Order Management Systems (OMS)Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
