AE - Stock Associate - Evening (Off-Hours)

YOUR ROLE As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you’re an expert at keeping product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is your base, you’re able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. Your Responsibilities Maintain brand standards: keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. Manage the stockroom: keep the space running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized. Spot merchandising opportunities and inform store leadership with a game plan to address them. Assist teammates with non‑stock tasks and guest service when needed. Prioritize safety standards in the stockroom and on the sales floor. Follow Asset Protection standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures. Pay and Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion.
