Senior Risk Manager

Manage risk platforms, models, rules, and liaise with adjacent groups affected by the risk platform Serve as the primary contact and escalation point for management of risk results, risk vendor requirements, and Risk Operations’ platform needs Assess risk signals, rules, and systems while participating in building internal Early Warning risk capabilities Develop recommendations and requirements for the risk platform Work with fraud product vendors to request enhancements and remedy product or service issues Lead coordination with Product on Risk Services work and future product needs and roadmap Work with Fraud Operations to tune the system, identify new signals and rules, elicit needs, and create requirements Assess new fraud vendor technologies for possible incorporation into Early Warning systems Contribute to the Risk Services roadmap Coordinate, plan, and guide Technology/Architecture interfaces with Risk with full autonomy Monitor and report on risk system performance and provide recommendations based on findings Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field 10 or more years of relevant experience in fraud and risk-related positions Strong Risk Analytics and Risk Strategy Management experience Demonstrated ability to manage risk models, including analyzing results, reporting, and tuning to enhance results Strong Product Management experience Detailed knowledge of industry risk management capabilities, tools and models Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills Strong business acumen and effective leadership skills Ability to travel up to 10% Background and drug screen Eligibility to work in the United States for any employer at date of hire Position is ineligible for employment Visa sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in Risk Analytics and Risk Strategy Management, with a strong focus on managing risk models and enhancing system performance.
