Your ability to organize schedules, prioritize service calls, and communicate clearly will help ensure every customer receives exceptional service.Responsibilities include:Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skillset, availability, and locationCoordinate daily service schedules to maximize efficiencyKeep customers informed with appointment updates and technician arrival timesProvide technicians with scheduling and logistical support throughout the dayAdjust schedules quickly when emergencies or changes ariseAnswer incoming customer calls professionally and courteouslyMaintain accurate scheduling information and service recordsCommunicate effectively with office staff and field employees to ensure work is completed on timeWhat We're Looking ForAt least 2 years of customer service experiencePrevious dispatching, scheduling, project coordination, or similar experience preferredHVAC, plumbing, or other skilled trades experience is a plusStrong computer and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExperience handling multi-line phone systemsGood understanding of local geography and route planningHigh attention to detail and accuracySelf-motivated with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independentlyExperience with ServiceTitan is preferred
