This individual will serve as the central communication hub for employees, visitors, vendors, and operational teams while ensuring efficient office administration and workflow coordination.

Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily business operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will serve as the central communication hub for employees, visitors, vendors, and operational teams while ensuring efficient office administration and workflow coordination.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, contractors, and guests.
- Manage visitor access procedures and maintain facility records.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipping activities.
- Prepare shipping labels and maintain shipment documentation.
- Support purchasing, inventory, logistics, and supply chain administrative activities.
- Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate vendor services.
- Schedule meetings, conference rooms, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Support production and operations teams with reports, documentation, and data entry.
- Maintain departmental records, spreadsheets, and document control systems.
- Assist leadership with presentations, correspondence, scheduling, and special projects.
- Coordinate communication between production, warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and external vendors.
- Help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient office environment.
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of office administration, administrative support, office management, or customer service experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, production, or supply chain experience
- ERP, purchasing, inventory management, or procurement systems experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience supporting leadership and cross-functional teams
