Group Leader - 2nd Shift

Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina

Eurofins seeks a Group Leader for second-shift manufacturing operations in Portage, Michigan. The role involves coordinating laboratory workflows, managing team performance and development, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving operational improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate workflow and monitor daily operations to meet turnaround time targets
Conduct performance reviews, interviews, and maintain training records for assigned staff
Coach and train team members on development and operational improvements
Lead investigations independently, establish root causes, and implement corrective actions
Support LEAN initiatives and drive process improvements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related field
Minimum 4 years of laboratory experience
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Ability to work Monday-Thursday, 2pm-12am schedule with overtime as needed
