Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control: Ensuring that produced parts meet quality standards, often involving the use of measuring tools and inspection procedures.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to machine malfunctions, material problems, or process inconsistencies.
• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
• Setup and Calibration: Preparing machines for production, including mold changes, setting machine parameters, and verifying proper functionality.
• Machine Operation: Setting up, operating, and monitoring injection molding machines to produce plastic parts according to specifications.
