Hematology/Oncology Physician

Coverage Needed :

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• End Date: September 2026
• Variable shift start/end time: with a 1-hour non-paid lunch
• Typically 8-hour day with administrative time included in the schedule

Clinical Details :

• Clinical Medical Oncology: New and follow-up visits, writing treatment orders, covering the infusion space
• Potential hospital coverage may be required
• Average patients per day: 4 new patient consults, 12-14 follow-up patients
• Age range of patient population: 18+
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: RN Navigators, RN Infusion Suite, Medical Assistants, Social Workers, Check-in/Check-out support team, referral coordinators, Pharmacists
• Work Setting: Clinic - Center-Based, with potential travel to 2 sites (rare)

Requirements :

• Required Certifications: Board Hematology; Board Oncology
• Ability to be Nevada Licensed
• CSA, DEA certifications
• Preferred: Strong ambulatory experience, EPIC Beacon experience
• Will consider non-local providers, and reimburse for travel
