Learn more at Sales RepresentativeWe are seeking high-energy, customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our remote call center team. As the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, you will deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales. Employees will be required to make outbound calls as well.CompensationHourly wage (state minimum) + commission (with a minimum commission guarantee).Unlimited earning potential (top performers earn $100k+ annually)Monthly performance-based rewards and incentive contestsJob Duties & ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls from potential customers in a fast-paced environment and outbound as wellBuild rapport, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and servicesClearly explain features, pricing, and benefits to maximize order valueConfidently and professionally handle objections using proven sales techniquesAccurately enter customer and order details into CRM systemsMake follow-up calls on non-converted inquiriesMeet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals and quality metricsCollaborate with supervisors and team members to continuously improve performanceRequired Skills & QualificationsSales Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a high-volume salesSales & Communication Skills: Confident, persuasive, goal-oriented communicator with strong verbal and written skillsCall Center Readiness: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentTechnology Proficiency:CRM experience required (Salesforce a plus)Cloud contact center platforms (Five9 a plus)Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systemsMultitasking Ability: Able to navigate multiple systems and screens while actively engaging customersWork Ethic & Reliability: Strong attendance, punctuality, and ability to manage workload independentlyHigh School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree preferredConnect America is a drug-free workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
