SECURITY SPECIALIST

DutiesHelpDUTY 1: Serves as Primary Special Security Officer executing and enforcing compliance with operational, functional, and mission assurance aspects of the Wing's SCI program with DoD, Command, legal, and regulatory requirements.DUTY 2: Executes and enforces compliance with the Wing SCI personnel security program. Interprets AF, DoD, and national regulations and laws for SCI Personnel Security processes as they apply and are implemented within the 22 ARW.DUTY 3: Serves as the Wing's representative for SCI Industrial Security issues. Maintains an in-depth knowledge of the Wing's multiple missions in order to facilitate the protection of classified and SCI access as required by contract performance.DUTY 4: Administers the SCI Physical Security Program for the 22 ARW. Uses comprehensive knowledge of the integrated Wing's mission to advise commanders and/or involved parties on security facilities/equipment/alarm installation, maintenance, and use.
