Key Responsibilities Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation coordination. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries. Help coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities. Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance-related documentation. Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
