Join ATO Auto Repair as a Vehicle Quality Control/Check Over Technician and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality service. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about automotive excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and report any mechanical or safety issues before vehicles are returned to customers.
- Perform detailed checklists on various vehicle systems and components.
- Collaborate with mechanics to address any discrepancies found during inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for vehicle quality control.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive quality control or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes.
- Attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
