In this role you will get to:

• Interpret and manage job orders through Epicor, ensuring alignment with production needs.
• Read, comprehend, and follow processes and procedures as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure proper equipment operation and product manufacturing.
• Operate and maintain both hand and power tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Conduct quality control checks and inspections to verify that the manufactured product meets all required specifications and standards.
• Take on additional projects and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in reading instructions, safely operating machines, and visually inspecting produced parts.
• Demonstrates accuracy and efficiency in completing work assignments within established timelines.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds intermittently throughout the workday.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and comprehending plant directives in English.
• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
• Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, ensuring smooth workflow.

Additional Qualifications

• Have basic computer skills and accurate data entry experience for receiving and issuing products.
• Perform simple mathematics to comprehend and interpret process sheets, SOP manuals, tally sheets, etc. and to keep accurate account of materials used during manufacturing process including scrap amounts.
• Frequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching required
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
• Must adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely, this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection

Job Responsibilities:

• Become familiar with all products shipped to and from Trystar, ensuring accurate handling.
• Understand packaging requirements for various products, including pallet sizes, box dimensions, and crate necessity.
• Read and interpret Sales Orders accurately to ensure correct product handling and shipping.
• Load and unload trailers, including both dry vans and flatbeds, ensuring proper handling and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area, promoting a safe and efficient workspace.
• Operate packaging equipment such as the pallet wrapper and scale.
• Possess forklift and electric pallet jack certification for safe and efficient material handling.
• Utilize power tools, including panel saws, compound miter saws, nail guns, and screw guns, as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, ensuring the ability to handle heavy products safely.
