Job Details Job Location: Glendale, AZ 85306 Salary Range: $21.00 - $26.00 Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5:30pm (hours vary and can be flexible, ranging from 20-30+ depending on your schedule and client needs) Location: 5701 W. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, and problem-solving skills using evidence-based ABA techniques. What You'll Need High school diploma or GED A passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism Comfort using tablet-based technology Access to reliable transportation, with your name listed as an insured driver preferred. A Driver's License in the state of Arizona *exceptions are active-duty military and college students* Commitment to completing our paid virtual RBT training program Physical Requirements Direct work with clients may include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, kneeling, squatting, running, twisting and turning, reaching above shoulders and/or frequent physical transitions.
